EternalFrame supports JPEG, PNG, and HEIC (the default format on iPhone). The maximum file size is 15MB. Photos are automatically optimized during upload for the best transformation results, so you do not need to resize or convert them manually.

Most transformations complete in 30 to 60 seconds. During processing, you will see a real-time progress indicator. If a transformation takes longer than expected, the app will notify you when your portrait is ready. You can continue browsing the app while you wait.

If our AI cannot detect a face in your photo, you will see a "No face detected" message. No credit is charged in this case. For the best results, try using a photo where the subject's face is clearly visible and reasonably well-lit. Slightly damaged or aged photos usually work fine, but heavily obscured faces may not be recognized.

Refunds for credit purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. Yes. Your photos are stored in private, encrypted storage with strict per-user isolation. No one else can access your photos. Input photos are automatically deleted after 7 days, and all access is controlled through time-limited signed URLs. We never share, sell, or use your photos for training purposes. Absolutely. While EternalFrame was originally designed for memorial portraits, many of our style presets work beautifully for any family photo. Classic Studio, Warm Family, and Vintage Colorize are especially popular for transforming photos of living family members into timeless, elegant portraits.

All transformed portraits are generated at 4K resolution, making them suitable for large-format prints and professional framing. Whether you need a portrait for a ceremony display, a framed photo on the mantel, or a keepsake print, the output quality will meet your needs.

To delete your account, open the app and navigate to Settings, then tap "Delete Account." All your personal data, photos, and transformation history will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
