What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your account profile and email address
- All uploaded photos and input images
- All transformed portraits and output images
- Transformation history and metadata
- Credit balance and purchase history
- App preferences and settings
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
How to delete from the app
Open EternalFrame and go to the Settings tab
Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the settings page
Confirm deletion by entering your email address when prompted
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by submitting the form below. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
Request Received
We have received your account deletion request. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
